Hammer In Maya

Image
The scope of this project was to create a 3D hammer on Maya. What it took to create this project was starting with a box and then extruding facing and forming edges to shape the hammer. Next, I took textures and put it onto the shapes and put it in lights to make it look good in the pictures. I learned through this process how to extrude faces and make them separate, also after that I learned how to use points to make the back of the hammer bend downwards. If I took the time to do this again I would probably make the wood base a little bit bigger so I could extrude it in more to make it look easier to hold. The rest I would do the same because it all looked very nice and turned out great. The thing I will use most from this is using the extrude face tool a lot more in my next project on Maya. Overall the project turned out great and I thought it looked really nice.

DEMON POSSESSION 100% REAL

The scope of this project was to create a music video using a lot of different shots to keep the storying flowing and interesting. The process was to create a story board so we have the shots planned out, then we went and took the shots and came back and edited them. I learned how important it was to switch the shot to the beat to make it flow better. I learned how work with a larger group in order to make a successful video. I would go back and change some of the shots because they weren't very good in the lighting. I would keep the way I edited it because it changed to the beat very and flowed the best. I will draw the experience of taking so many shots of the same scene but from different angles and everything to make it better. In conclusion the project was very fun to make and it took a long time to create the video in order to make it look good.
