Pirate Problems

This is an animation I made using Adobe After Effects. I made this project about a single character and making his story unique and entertaining.
The process put into making this was a very long one. It included drawing the characters and scene. After that I scanned them into the computer, putting them into Photoshop and cleaning them up and improving the look of them. Last I brought in the images into Adobe After Effects and animated the pictures into this video on the right.
How to clean up drawn images and make them sharp for the animation is one big thing I learned while creating this animation. I also learned how to put different compositions in After Effects together for them to be rendered as one video.
This project turned out very well and I found it to be very entertaining. If I had to do it again though I would most likely change the walk cycle of the purple octopus and make him walk a little bit faster. The rest of the way I did this animation I would keep the same because it looked really good.
Overall, this animation looked really good and turned out a lot better than I thought it would have. It was funny and very entertaining to watch the final product of the whole product that I had to go through to make it.
